Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your class booking, I respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will be charged in full. If you are on a plan with a set number of classes, this means that one of these will be marked as redeemed.
About Monthly Plans.
Each plan includes a set number of classes per month. Book early to secure your preferred sessions. Cancellations made within 12 hours still count as a booking, but you can reschedule if you do so earlier. Unused classes do not carry over to the next month.
About Pre-Paid Plans.
Our introductory offer of $45 for four classes is only available for 2 weeks from purchase and can only be purchased once. Any unused classes do not carry over.
Our 10-Class Pack is only valid for 3 months from purchase, no exceptions. Any unused classes do not carry over.

Waitlist
If a class is full you may use the 'Fit by Wix' app to join a Waitlist. When an open slot becomes available each person on the Waitlist will be offered the spot in turn. You will have 30 minutes to accept before it moves on to the next person on the list.
